| Project Description: | The project will observe classrooms in 10 New York City schools that participated in the High 5s program in the 2015-2016 academic year. Observation data of kindergarten and third-grade classrooms will be collected using the Classroom Observation of Early Mathematics--Environment and Teaching (COEMET) method (as modified by the research team for third grade classrooms). The project will also include observations of kindergarten classrooms in 10 non-High 5s NYC schools. |
